Tiffany graduated from Calvin College with a degree in Exercise Science and also finished the 700 hr Massage Therapy program at Blue Heron Academy. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist, NASM Certified Personal Trainer and is also a Level 1 Functional Movement Screening Specialist.Tiffany enjoys building relationships with individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Her main goal as a massage therapist and trainer is to help others achieve the best version of themselves physically and mentally.

Director of Personal Training: Austin Jimenez 
Austin has a passion for helping others find purpose through movement that started in college when he declared his major as exercise science. Before then he was into his own personal exercise due to a previous struggle with food and weight management, but freshman year of college after declaring his major he was determined to help everyone around him find purpose in their lives by incorporating exercise as a catalyst!

Austin is an NASM certified personal trainer with a B.S. in exercise science and 4.5 years in the fitness industry. Austin specializes in strength and mobility which he believes are two of the largest catalysts when it comes to reaching both fitness oriented goals and life oriented goals.

Owner / Lead Personal Trainer

Justis graduated from Grand Valley State University with a degree in Exercise Science.
He has a love for sports and passion to help others achieve their goals. He is dedicated to helping
others with longevity in fitness and health overall. He has NASM certifications for specialized
training and has been a trainer for 4+ years. He has training background in multiple sports
(basketball, football, wrestling, baseball, hockey, swimming, track, and rowing) which gives him
an idea of movement patterns and functionality of an athlete. He is a problem solver, quick
learner, collaborative team member, and always helping people who are in need. What drives
him the most is the satisfaction from clients achieving their overall goals and being their best
selves while getting to the finish line.
