Purpose Protocol's main goal is to introduce clients to our system and philosophy. Whether you are interested in personal training or online coaching --> we want to make sure everyone who we meet with knows their why.

 

Why our facility, why our services, and why you want to workout. This is the foundation to building success and sustainability. From there we will go over goals, assessments, and recommendations going forward!

  • Frequent Check-ins and Extra Accountability from Your Personal Coach

  • Full Customized Fitness Plan and Guidance from Your Personal Coach

  • Meet with a Coach to Review Program and Body Composition Measurements

  • Nutrition Coaching

  • Personalized Performance Testing Every 4 weeks

1-on-1 Training

  • Single 60 minute  session: $70

  • Single 30 minute session: $40

  • 4 pack (60 minute sessions): $270

  • 8 Pack ( 60 minute sessions): $520

  • 12 Pack ( 60 minute sessions): $760

  • 4 pack (30 minute sessions): $150

  • 8 pack (30 minute sessions): $280

  • 12 pack (30 minute sessions): $400
